Dubbed Lighting Bible 14 New Collection, the latest collection of luminaires from Delta Light is inspired by a cutting-edge vision in which sustainability is both a source of design creativity and an engineering paradigm.

Centered on this responsible manufacturing approach, the new collection features a string of upgrades of the most iconic Delta Light luminaires. The Superloop range, for example, has been relaunched with the Oval and Slim versions, which extend the firm’s selection of round fittings with designs that strike a perfect balance between architectural and decorative lighting. The long-selling Spy line is now more versatile with the addition of the new Spy Wallwash range, designed for recessed, surface, and track mounting, and featuring highly adjustable lumen and light width settings.

Oono, on the other hand, is entirely new, a family of products that combines the purity of crystal with the sturdiness of metal. This range stands out for its versatility, with models for both inside and outside, and wall, ceiling, and suspended mounting. The new battery-powered portable model looks set to become another long seller for the Belgian multinational.

Another new product, Cuppa lamps have an unmistakable design punctuated by domed and flat surfaces. The option of changing the length of the suspension cable is a strength, letting you adjust the luminaire according to the space. At its smallest extent, the cable completely disappears into the adapter. Ideal for work and domestic spaces, offering diffused and direct lighting options, and available in black, white, and gold, the new Inform OK and LED Line OK track lighting ranges offer a functional eclecticism.

Outdoors: a new frontier

The launch of the new collection took place alongside another interesting development at Delta Light, as Gianluca D’Avino, country manager Italia, says:

“Six months ago our company acquired a new multi-layer coating system that will let us produce outdoor lighting in a more organized, systematic way. We’ll shortly be launching a range of products suitable for any type of application in any type of environment."

This development will see Delta Light also taking on a leading role in outdoor lighting systems. The company will be focusing on Italy and the Mediterranean area in particular, with durable designer products able to stand up to the corrosive action of salt air. D’Avino confirms that sustainability will also be a cornerstone of the design and engineering of Delta Light’s outdoor range.

Previewed at Milano Design Week 2022, the Lighting Bible 14 New Collection will be available from July 15 at the firm’s Milanese showroom at Via Privata Gaspare Bugatti, 15.
