Presented by Atlas Concorde, the traveling series of talks and meetings Around Design. Meet. Talk. Connect. continues. The second event, organized in partnership with THE PLAN, will take place on Thursday, May 4, at Atlas Concorde London Studio showroom. It will see the participation of studios Hadi Teherani and dRMM as moderators, and the companies Grow Places and Currie & Brown, both involved in the real estate sector.
Around Design. Meet. Talk. Connect. is a traveling series of talks and meetings on current issues in the world of design dedicated to the international community of architects and interior designers. This roadshow event will travel around the world, with each session featuring various prominent speakers and presented in collaboration with different media partners. The first meeting, held on February 22 at the Atlas Concorde Dubai Studio showroom, welcomed Nicolas Fayad and Charles Kettaneh from East Architecture Studio, who talked about their project for the redevelopment of the Niemeyer Guest House in Tripoli.
The second meeting, to take place in London, will center on the theme RE-Thinking Cities: the impact of ESG insights on investment strategies and the relationship between real estate and design. This panel discussion will feature Hadi Teherani, founder of the studio of the same name, and Christian Bergmann, head of architecture and partner at Hadi Teherani. The two will talk with Gillian Breen, head of commercial cost management at Currie & Brown, and Tom Larsson, founder of Grow Places. It will be moderated by Alex de Rijke, founding director of dRMM.
