The volume presents the Arcadia Center project, created in Milan by Giuseppe Tortato Architetti for InvestiRE SGR. An example of urban regeneration through the conversion of a production building, of which only the reinforced concrete structure has been preserved. Giuseppe Tortato Architetti stands out for his projects that in peripheral contexts bring attention to the memory of places, to people's lives, to the relationship with the city, rejecting fashions and privileging the quality of living. The volume tells the project through an interview with the designer and client and through historical and architectural texts, accompanied by drawings and photographic images that document the building before, after and during the construction phase.
