The building is desired as a primitive thickness block with the design of vertical elements located on a specific axis while sitting on the roof. The design language and attitude we consider are only made out of this philosophy, like the first mosques, which lack aesthetic considerations. As well as an easily understandable, clear, consistent scale architectural solution, the aim is to create an original and qualified mass composition. The project site is located in southeast Anatolia region ‘Harran-Urfa’, where the hot climate is a rule and the texture created by single and combined buildings is unique. In hot climate conditions, the shapes of buildings come together, and the transitional areas and the design of the street textures are vitally important. The form of these spaces is the fundamental element determining whether they use as a different function than transition space or not. At the same time, they are increasing the spatial quality of the building by producing intervals, protecting it from the sun and creating cool spaces, and ensuring water continuity within the whole area with scratches. The language of the created structures, which were thousand years old, is a practical, structured ritual in this geography. Generally, from past to the present, we can see adobe and mud, common local materials, as a finishing product at the urfa and its close area. We can see the massive grammatical language with its short span formed by the combination of plaster and earth colour texture among the essential characteristic elements of local architecture. We try to interpret design decisions through awareness of the values and heritage history of the city's architectural, cultural and archaeological record and close circle. We capture lean architectural rhetoric, sensitive to the town's geographical features, climate, ecology, and social life. We can present the current use with a unique approach in current conditions by revealing the stereotyped usage characteristics in regional geography. The culture of using open spaces in urban life is vital. In this context, to assess the positive effects of the region's climate conditions and these uses in the contest area at the maximum level. Creating open, semi-open, indoor spaces by grouping the program pieces in their usage system helps us to define user-friendly places on the human scale where the individual feels safe, care-free and comfortable. Designing uses on different planes in a way to allow visual and physical relationship for strengthening accessibility to the area without interruption to pedestrian continuity in the urban texture.
