Preface - How to do urban landmarks in the era of IP A city is something that thousands of people of different classes and personalities perceive in common. Static material elements + human beings and their activities = cities. ——[America] Kevin Lynch, "City Imagery" With demographic changes, consumption upgrades brought about by economic growth, and the reshaping of human lifestyles by technology, especially mobile internet technology, shopping malls are no longer limited to selling goods. The content form has changed from promotion-based to experiential. Through the integration of fashion, literature and art, aesthetics and other elements, consumers can get more scene-based experience. Especially in first-tier cities, the self-consciousness of emerging consumers is awakened, and the "back wave" of Generation Z is rolling in. How to provide social themes for consumer interaction and communication, and meet the current personalized life needs is the premise of our design thinking. "What can we bring to the city?" Design Strategy This project is located in the plain area of Fangshan, and is an important node on the axis of Fangshan's innovation and development. Changyang Town, where the project is located, is located at the intersection of Fangshan, Fengtai and Daxing. It is an area with the best location, traffic and environment in Fangshan District. The plot is close to Jingliang Road, Jingshen Road, the subway Fangshan Line and the planned Jingxiong Expressway, and is 4.8 kilometers away from the Fifth Ring Road. Based on the analysis of the urban design conditions of the plot and the surrounding environment of the plot, there are several design strategies as follows. 1. The design hopes to continue the concept of the sports park on the north side, the Yongding River landscape on the east side and the park green space on the south side, introduce a central sunken square, and design the urban sky curtain as the highlight of the whole project. With the canopy as the core, it is introduced through a multi-level three-dimensional space, and there are gardens, sports venues, shopping, offices, and a civic square with a shared living room; 2. Create a composite immersive portal landmark with the theme of "Sports + X", create a double first-floor moving line with the sinking city square as the core, and form a multi-level interactive experience space; it will build the first office, hotel, and commercial space in Fangshan A creative business center that combines style and style. At the same time, it adopts immersive high-tech entertainment experience and IP creativity with a full sense of scene to make it a cultural landmark of Fangshan and even Beijing, thereby attracting people to pay attention to the regional value; 3. Through the unified landscape design of the green belts on the west and north sides, create an indoor and outdoor fusion culture and sports park, providing residents in the area with an urban living room where they can work, shop, relax and exercise. Design Interpretation The project is located at the gateway of Jingliang Road to Fangshan. It uses the twin towers of offices and the business group design of hotels to create a new landmark in Fangshan in the best city display interface. Through the introduction of the "Sky Curtain", the residential area on the south side, the sports park on the north side, the Yongding River landscape belt on the east side, and the urban green belt on the west side are taken into consideration to jointly create an all-round multi-level complex of health, ecology, culture, display and intelligence. It uses the Twin Towers office as an urban landmark to create a distinctive landmark, and at the same time uses the beautiful landscape resources of the Yongding River to set up a light luxury hotel on the east side; the business is arranged around the central square, occupying the west and south interfaces with high commercial value. , and with the landscape linkage design of the green belt, a variety of sports venues, leisure spaces, and vitality squares can be introduced. After completion, it will become a new era urban landmark integrating cultural exhibition galleries, large-scale art installations, creative offices, boutique businesses and event venues, creating a beautiful life scene for residents.
