Design Strategy This project is located in the plain area of Fangshan, and is an important node on the axis of Fangshan's innovation and development. Changyang Town, where the project is located, is located at the intersection of Fangshan, Fengtai and Daxing. It is an area with the best location, traffic and environment in Fangshan District. The plot is close to Jingliang Road, Jingshen Road, the subway Fangshan Line and the planned Jingxiong Expressway, and is 4.8 kilometers away from the Fifth Ring Road. Based on the analysis of the urban design conditions of the plot and the surrounding environment of the plot, there are several design strategies as follows. 1.
